The fable starts here

Fio is a labour of love of restaurateur Vineet Wadhwa who started his stint in hospitality three decades ago with catering and consultancy. A passion for food, entertaining and perfection made him open Fio Country Kitchen & Bar (2009) and Fio Cookhouse & Bar (2013). A small team at first, the company now boasts of 200 people and counting. The core team comprises of Vineet along with Vritima Wadhwa & Vanshika Wadhwa as Creative Directors, Trilok Joshi as COO, Chef Bill and Chef Ravindra.
